1. Pick exactly one tag from the scheme; if none fits, the scheme changes first, not the post.
2. If the post belongs to a series, use the series prefix in the title and add it to the series index page.
3. Byline: Demo Author, unchanged.
4. Header image at the standard size; subtitle one sentence; no all-caps titles.

Monthly

1. Re-run the audit workbook on the exported post list; every check should read PASS.
2. Review tag balance; a tag above 60% means the scheme needs a split.
3. Update the Start here trio from the quarter's best-read posts.

Never

• Rename or delete a published URL (inbound links).
• Bulk-edit subscribers.
• Retag more than a handful of posts without re-running the checks.
